​Purser Wines has a philosophy of making the absolute finest wines possible. This is done by sourcing from the best vineyard sites, developing strong relationship with vineyard growers and not compromising in anyway. Minimal additions are made, so attention to detail is meticulous. The goal is to make wines that excite and stimulate all the senses.

Purser Wines came about from a strong desire to give back to the industry that has been so good to Justin. He wants to make wines that allow him to use all his knowledge and experience and realise his full potential as a winemaker and viticulturist.
​The wines will be made from the classic varietals of Eastern France, Germany and Northern Italy.
